Mini Review

Krokus have sold more than 10 million albums worldwide, the bulk of those recordings being sold in the U.S.

I have to admit that in all the years that I have been going to shows, I had never seen Krokus before. Now rectified, I realize what I was missing all those years. This is a highly talented and energetic outfit that obviously still enjoy doing shows and taking the time to interact with fans. Another great show for Jaxx in 2005.
Just before hitting the stage, the band were more than happy to strike a group pose.
Merchandise.
Eat The Rich still always reminds me of AC/DC, but it's a great song. Screaming in the Night was another classic.
Vocalist Mark Storace still has an incredible voice. Read a fairly recent interview with him here from Metal Dreams. Lots of interesting facts and anecdotes.
Guitarist Mandy Meyer still shreds. See his site here. Mandy did an admirable job filling in for the recently departed Fernando Von Arb.
Tony Castell on bass.
Dominique Favez on guitar.
Krokus took the time after the show to greet the fans and sign autographs. This means a lot to the fans and is really appreciated. Krokus are that rare blend of super professional, super talented and super friendly. They can come back to Jaxx anytime they want.
