To whom it may concern,
I was at the Hatebreed show last night and I got hit hard on the head by a
crowd surfer. I was very impressed with how quick the gentleman who was
working security on the stage was to respond to me. Within seconds, he was
right there asking me if I was okay. He seemed genuinely concerned about my
safety. I told him I was fine. I lied because I wanted to stay and see the
rest of the show. Other than a mild concussion and a killer headache, I'll be
fine.
I don't know this man's name but I do remember he had short kind of spiky hair
and he was wearing checkered vans sneakers. I wish to express my most
heartfelt thanks for his concern and commend him for how quickly he responded
after I got hit.
I served in the United States Army Military Police and was medically
discharged 3 months ago. I am 24 years old and now classified as "disabled", I
really shouldn't have been next to the stage to begin with but I really love
Hatebreed. It sucks that crowd surfers have to ruin the show for others, but
its really cool that you have such great security to quickly handle the
situations as they arise.
Thank you for making going to shows safe for women and again thank you to the
security guy for caring.
Sincerely,
A Female Jaxx Music Fan
