No worries, it's coming back, I have to redo the whole thing to clean up the code and simply haven't had the chance yet.

By the way, except for the WebCalendar app (the one that looks like an actual Calendar, which is an open source program on the net, not coded by me) the entire site is Validated CSS and HTML and it passes 508, working on getting it to pass WAI for those of you that know what those are.

When you click on a link to a specific show's listing, like this one for the Devil Driver show http://www.jaxxroxx.com/calendar.php#012510, the version of the calendar it brings you to does not have the navigation menu on the left, the Twitter feed on the right, nor the "print page" and other instructions at the top. Most of that isn't a huge deal but the loss of the navigation links is kind of annoying. In case you're not sure how I got there, it was from the link on the main page in the Just Announced logo rotater thing. Is there a way to get direct links for every show on the calendar and not just the few in the Just Announced section?

There are direct links to every show, both from the just announced and the this week/next week things. I know what you're talking about, it's a bug I haven't had a chance to track down yet. Not sure how that's going to work out, I might need to make the "Details" links a popup or hover, not that I like either but we'll see. All of the shows on the calendar have a direct link in the format of calendar.php#123109 with the # numbers being the date, I will be changing that I think to the proper php date of 20091231 though so if you want to directly link to a show use that format, I'll do that today.

Awesome, thanks for the info. I've been waiting for a while for a way to link directly to specific concert listings. You might want to put a simple "link to this event" button or something that makes copying the URL for any specific date easier though. I think that would make it much easier for people to use to share event info, like on Facebook, Twitter, or instant messengers. Regardless, that's still a cool feature. Also of note, and this is really just me nit picking, but the band that dropped off the Behemoth tour is called Shining (like the adjective) not The Shining, like the Stanley Kubrick film / Stephen King novel.

I nitpick all the time LOL. I'll fix that, the email the promoter sent me to tell me they were off the tour had it that. Thanks, I need people like you that know the bands better than I to tell me of errors.

OK the flooding of the calendar with "Special Event - New Format" is annoying. Without the band name logos it's a lot harder to pick out the actual concert dates in all that repetitive text.

Thanks, I appreciate your compliment of my work. Who are you? Jay is adjusting to the changes in the World, none of us like everything that happens in life but you just have to deal with it as best as you can.

By the way, with the old site you wouldn't have been able to post here to say that this site sucks.
