In the last newsletter there was mention of a possible Ratt date on Aug 27th, anything happening with that? Boss says I need to put in for it now if I want that night off.

I'll see what I can find out, Jay hasn't said anything about it recently to me though.

If I was a dayshifter I guess I would too. I figure show over by 2am, 2 hr drive home and sleep until I have to go in at 11pm, works for me Smiley

From Jay:

"Ratt and their management were very unprofessional in responding to the offer I put in 3 weeks ago and the deadline passed so I have moved on. Sorry, maybe next year.

Jay"

Hope Jay will realize Ratt & Pearcy are two seperate entities and not hold it against SEP. I have to say I was used to being treated a certain way when going to Pearcy shows, it was a whole different story when I went to M3 to see Ratt. My guess would be the management thought Ratt was too big to play a club like Jaxx, after all they're doing the festivals, glam is big again. The whole 80's retro thing is a fad right now, all these bands are getting a second heyday and like I told SEP, ride that train as long as it holds out but this too will pass and the true fans will still be here for solo SEP & his Rat Bastards. I hope bridges don't get burned for a lot of these bands because of situations like this.
