Maybe a section for questions aimed at the staff in general? I recently posted a question here in the Jaxx Shows section, but it's really more of a question for the staff. A section for people to ask questions to the employees directly, maybe about parking, asking if you can smoke at a certain show, and various other questions about a concert or the venue in general, things that might not be easily put into one of the other categories.
