just wanted to let u know i came from baltimore to see primal fear 2nd time at jaxx bad bad experience from the man up front at the door bob or bill what ever his name is very very rude he was letting people out to smoke i asked 1 time to he said no very mean i am 37 years old not a kid to be treated that way sucks and as we were leaving he said come back when we have a band worth seeing very ignorant why book them if your going to down them i thought they were very good just to let u know i wont be coming back...

I think the only person that got his feelings hurt was Bob. I too had the same exact experience with Bob. Not sure what his problem is....maybe it makes him feel more like a man by behaving in an extremely rude manner to everyone. More with women than with men I noticed. I guess he knows he wouldn't be able to hold his own with a man. Bob told me not to bother him and to go away. I said, "Is that the way you run a business?" and he replied, "yes, it is." NICE! I blame Jay about this because why would you put someone at the front door that is rude to everyone and deliberately making customers not come back? We too will never go back to Jaxx. We have been there several times before and it seems like Bob gets grumpier and meaner each time. This time he crossed the line. I will be sure to let everyone I know how we were treated. Word of mouth really goes a long way. I think the whole smoking rule about not being able to re-enter the club is completely ridiculous. Bob just picks and chooses who he will let go out and smoke and then re-enter. Either enforce it to everyone or don't enforce it at all! I'm sure Bob will have some nit-wit reply to this, but that's okay because it just makes him look even more like a douche. Oh and I think I know why the guy contacted the Health Department about the smoking....he was probably insulted by BOB! That place would be great if it weren't for Bob. (Can you tell I don't like Bob?)  |
